Subscription & Billing

How RevRent plans, trials, billing cycles, and Razorpay payments work.

Effective date: 14 September 2026

This page summarizes how RevRent subscriptions and billing work for event-rental businesses.

Authoritative plan status, renewal dates, and payment history for your account are always shown inside the signed-in Business Application.

1. Overview

RevRent is offered as subscription software with a Free Trial and paid plans. Subscription management, checkout, invoices, and payment history are handled inside the Business Application after you create your business account.

The public marketing website does not collect payment on your behalf.

2. Free Trial

  • The Free Trial is a genuine RevRent account state for eligible new businesses.
  • During the Free Trial, you receive Starter-level functionality (not Growth or Business features).
  • The Free Trial is not the same as a paid Starter subscription and is not described as permanently free software.

3. Paid plans

RevRent paid plans are marketed as Starter, Growth, and Business. Plan limits (such as branches, users, and features) follow the plan you select.

  • Starter: ₹499/month, ₹1399/quarter, ₹5499/year
  • Growth: ₹699/month, ₹1899/quarter, ₹7999/year
  • Business: ₹999/month, ₹2499/quarter, ₹11399/year

4. Billing cycles

  • Monthly — billed every month.
  • Quarterly — billed every three months.
  • Annual — billed once per year.
  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated in your account.

5. Payments through Razorpay

Recurring paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. When you subscribe, you complete authorization on Razorpay's hosted checkout flow.

RevRent stores subscription status, plan, billing cycle, and payment references needed to operate your account. Sensitive payment credentials are handled by Razorpay according to its terms.

6. Renewal and auto-renewal

  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date shown in your account.
  • Your Subscription page shows the current plan, billing cycle, renewal timing, and whether cancellation at period end is scheduled.

7. Failed renewal

If a renewal charge fails, your account may enter a past-due or grace state as shown in the Business Application. During an applicable grace period, paid access may continue for a limited time while payment is retried or updated.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel auto-renewal from the Subscription page. Cancellation timing and access through the end of the paid period are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Plan changes

Plan upgrades or billing-cycle changes are initiated from the Subscription page. Effective timing and any proration rules follow the behavior shown in the application at the time you confirm the change.
