• You are responsible for activity under your business account, including actions by staff or other authorized users you invite.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access using the contact details in Section 15.

RevRent provides software to help event-rental businesses manage customers, catalogue, bookings, payments, invoices, finance, branches, staff, and related operations according to the subscribed plan.

Features available to your business depend on your current plan and subscription status, including whether you are on a Free Trial or a paid plan.

We may improve, change, or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces core functionality of a paid plan you have purchased, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice when practicable.

• Use RevRent only for lawful business operations related to event rental or similar rental operations.
• Do not attempt to breach security, probe systems without authorization, interfere with other users, or upload malicious code.
• Do not misuse the service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not reverse engineer or resell the service except as expressly permitted in writing.

You retain ownership of business data you enter into RevRent, including customer records, bookings, catalogue, finance entries, and uploaded content.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions required to collect and process customer and staff information you enter into RevRent.

You are responsible for backups or exports you require for your own business continuity, except where the service explicitly provides export or retention features.

Our Privacy Policy at https://www.revrent.in/privacy describes how we process personal information in connection with the service.

We aim to provide reliable access to RevRent but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or events outside our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.

RevRent may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, email delivery, maps, and hosting providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

RevRent may offer a Free Trial and paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, and Business) with monthly, quarterly, or annual billing as described at https://www.revrent.in/subscription-billing.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay or another payment provider we designate. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected billing cycle until you cancel in accordance with our billing policies.

Pricing, plan limits, and billing terms shown inside the signed-in Business Application are authoritative for your account.

RevRent, its software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms and your subscription status, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use RevRent for your internal business operations.

• You may stop using RevRent at any time. Paid subscription cancellation is handled through the in-product subscription controls and our billing policies.
• We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, non-payment, or risks to the service or other users, where permitted by law.
• Upon termination, your right to access the service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

RevRent is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the service will meet every business requirement or that operational outcomes (such as revenue, collections, or booking accuracy) will result from use of the software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither we nor our suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of RevRent.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid by you to us for RevRent in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do.

If changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
